1. Who we are
CustomFit3D ("we", "us") is operated by HYEONSUCK OH, based in South Korea. These Terms govern your use of the CustomFit3D website and the custom 3D-printable parts it generates.
2. The service
CustomFit3D generates a custom-parametric 3D model (STL/3MF) based on measurements you provide, using a deterministic parametric CAD engine. We do not manufacture or ship physical parts — you print the file yourself using your own 3D printer, or a print service of your choosing.
3. Accuracy of your measurements
The fit of the generated part depends entirely on the accuracy of the measurements you enter, your printer's calibration, and material shrinkage. We provide free 3D previews and free 3mm fit-test samples specifically so you can verify the fit before purchasing the full part, and we strongly recommend using them.
4. Accounts
You do not need an account to use the generator, preview, fit tests, or checkout. Creating an account is optional and lets you manage your designs and re-download past purchases.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment card data and applicable sales tax/VAT; we never see or store your full payment card details.
6. License to generated files
Once purchased, you receive a personal license to print, modify, and use the generated STL/3MF files for personal or commercial use. You may not resell the generated files themselves as a digital product.
7. Disclaimer
The generated model is based on the measurements you provide. Measuring accuracy, printer calibration, material shrinkage, and actual cup holder geometry can affect final fit. We strongly recommend printing the free Fit Tests before printing the full adapter. Parts are provided "as is" without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
