1. What we collect
To generate your adapter and process your order, we collect: the measurements you enter, your email address (for order confirmation and download links), your locale/unit preferences, and — if you create an account — basic authentication data via Firebase Authentication.
2. Payment data
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never receive or store your full card number.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to generate your design, deliver fit-test and final files, send order and download emails, provide customer support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Storage and retention
Design parameters, generated files, and order records are stored securely (Firebase Firestore and Storage) and retained for as long as needed to provide downloads, regenerations, and support, or as required by law.
5. Cookies
We use a minimal cookie to remember your language preference (English/Korean) and, where applicable, session identifiers required for checkout and abuse prevention. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (including under GDPR for EU/UK users), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact hyetaeknavi@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers (including Firebase/Google Cloud and Paddle) may process data outside your country of residence, under appropriate safeguards.
