1. Try before you buy
The 3D preview and the 3mm vehicle and tumbler fit tests are completely free. We strongly recommend printing both fit tests and confirming the fit before purchasing the full adapter.
2. Digital goods
The full adapter purchase delivers digital files (STL, 3MF, print guide) immediately after payment is verified. Because these files are delivered instantly and can be downloaded right away, purchases are generally final once the files have been generated and made available for download.
3. When we do refund
We will issue a full or partial refund if: the checkout was charged but no valid design was ever generated due to a technical failure on our side, you were charged in error or charged twice for the same order, or the generated model fails our own mesh validation and we are unable to produce a working file after using your available regenerations.
4. Regenerations before refund
If your printed result doesn't match your Fit Test feedback, please use your included regenerations (up to 3) with adjusted clearance before requesting a refund — most fit issues are resolved this way.
5. How to request a refund
Email hyetaeknavi@gmail.com with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve fit and delivery issues faster directly.
